Studying Public relations...

As I sit here scrolling through page after page of Public relations acts, campaigns, uses, definations, while having facebook open I am rather inspired.

While looking a celebrity cases of Public relations, one case I'd really like to take on is that of footballer Joey Barton, aside any personal regards for the midfielder, reading up on him I find he is hugley misunderstood and misrepresented. Personally I found what I have read on him hilarious.

"Favourite music: Byker grove theme tune"- Taken from Mr Bartons facebook.

GREAT^^^

Aside of his convictions, which I am not at liberty to discuss, as I wasnt there personally and I do not myself believe everything I am told (Is that good pr?)
But reading up on wikipedia I have found Joey, who is fond of the odd tantrum, slated his employer (to put it in professional terms) Manchester city in a press conference. This is a major no no! I find myself having similar qualitys, why dont you just lose it? Why dont you just blow it and tell everyone how you feel and what you think of?
I have learnt in my 20 years of living life that is not the way to go on, Sure it may feel better, but after the satisfaction of telling someone just how little they mean, you are left wide open, all your cards on shown as they say.
I think going on this way maybe theraputic for the first day then you just look stupid, "Such and such couldnt contain their anger, must of really got to them" I'd rather people think they could never GET TO ME, NEVER! However untrue I have learnt never ever show people your limit, lose it and you;ve lost the fight my dad would say. Which is true why show people they have got to you? Why state your true feelings if you feel so little about the cause. Keep your composure, If I was Joey Barton I'd probably be able to keep it a lot longer because of the money.

Anyway more recently, Barton raged at Shearer, a 's*** club' with 's*** tactics' as funny as it is, and how I admire at least one person (NOT A SUNDERLAND FAN) had the guts to shout down at the almighty Shearer, I still think composure would have been the answear. It makes me wonder who does Bartons pr? And what exactly does he pay them for? Its personal entertainment for me, but for the man himself I would certainly reasses my pr, maybe hire myself? Its just crazy this footballer on such and such a week, has a bad repuatation and no sign of Public relations defending him!

However entertaining!!!

Finally...

Thank the lord, I have finally found a phobia type syndrome that I believe I suffer from!
Myself, I am not a binger, that includes drugs, drink, smoke or eating (eating disorders) however until now I have never realised its Anixety.

People today can talk about how there binge issues, drinking beeing the main one, always reported in the press, binge eating is closley follwed, even the magazine next to me explains about Natalie Cassidys struggle to keep thin, her binge eating then trying to make herself vomit.

However I think to a degree all women have weight issues, body images issues. I myself take a bit from all of them (not really a drinker, dont smoke at all) however while reading 'Now' magazine I have discoverd maybe I do have a binge problem, binge thinking.

Apparently women spend over 7 years of there life worrying,
The main places this takes place is work, the shower and in bed,
Women are the main worriers between the ages of 16-24,
And finally 1 in 6 people worry for 12 hours a day.

Reading this article this all seems alarmingly true. Without being personal I worry a lot and it really can get me down, I wont do certain things because the stress I am suffering is far too much to bear.
It can range from little niggles to massive life changes subjects. I myself even worry about divorce, I havent even come close to marrying anyone, just the stress and heartache, maybe I should save myself now and buy a 'cut out hugh jackman'
that was advice from a friend of mine.
Anyway just to make awarness of the anxietie struggles and assure people they are not alone.
The constant suffering of worrying is the UK's second mental health problem, depression is the leading.

So think...infact dont relax,
"If the problem can be solved, then why worry? If it cannot then worrying wont solve it"

Peace out xxx

Stressing

Well welcome back, to me anyway I havent been on a while trying to live a bit to have something to write about....not all is well, not plough through and surely it will get better in time, Leona Lewis says.

So a few things I am getting off our chests...Essay deadlines
I figure, depends how deep you are in it, that do at least an hour a day on one assignment, I have recently had one on Bram Stokers Dracula, and sounding so culture less, I havent read it, seen the film, but hasnt everyone. Anyway I actually got into it, the points I made even interested me! So i think a little bit a day lights the load, or like my pal Oliver B, limit yourself to a few hundread or even thousand words a day.

Just think it will soon all be worth it, summer in like 2 weeks! Yay!

Next...the whole banking ecomomy crisis!
Are you being effected by it? I am not directly but I am sure feeling the pressure, what happens when I leave university and I want a job, I dont want to settle for anything, I have just recieved my loan like many other of my university pals, yet I am spending it cautiously, as the whole recession, credit cruch malarkey is secretly eating me, well my fears for it.

Next....there has been a few events that have occured since my last posts, if anything this blog has made me think.... maybe thats not what I want, maybe I forged feelings, because something has made you happy you think stick with it, it will do the same all the time. For a change I have myself been strong enough to admit It was wrong, I didnt want to but for the sake of me, and my happiness long term, it crumbled beaneth me, it changed me into someone who only worried and never took the time to stop and enjoy things...I am me, oh my god and I just love ME! You've got to, otherwise no one else stands a chance.

Anyway in between stressing I discoverd they are a few things which can help you get through times of panic..

Music, Dizzee Rascal is right, people might think your Bonkers, your just free ;)

New shoes, Who needs a man, I have Kurt Geiger with a nice percentage off.

and....HUGH JACKMANS BODY in wolverine, ahhh cheers you right up, a guarentee!

Over and out , xxxx
